Basketball &Fitness Session
These Basketball sessions focus primarily on improving fitness and the development of basketball skills in a fun and friendly environment.
A typical session begins with a fun, very energetic warm-up. The first half an hour will start with fun fitness drills which will vary from week to week and include: boxercise, circuit training, fun games etc.
This will be followed by skill-based drills tailored to each individual’s levels, to provide guidance on areas for improvement. The session will finish with a game of basketball and fun drill based tournaments.
This session would help you to improve your fitness level and show you how much fun you can have exercising!
One hour of basketball can burn 700-800 calories! Adding an extra half hour of fitness fun session will burn another 500-700 calories!

Throughout the course of the programme we will organised tournaments, park days, family days (trying another sport), friendly matches, social days out (GoApe, 5k runs, gym buddies, rock climbing etc) plus much more.
