The recruitment process

Before you are offered work with HR Sports Academy, prospective coaches are carefully screened through our recruitment process:

Interview with HR Sports Academy Management

Qualifications and certificates are verified

Employer reference checks

Communication with current/most recent employers

HR Sports Academy are registered as an umbrella body with the Criminal Records Bureau and all checks are carried out to an enhanced level

Signed declaration to abide by the HR Sports Academy Code of Conduct and Practice
Once your position with HR Sports Academy has been confirmed we provide you with:

Initial training via our Coach Development Programme

Ongoing coaching, child protection and first aid training

Ongoing coach mentoring programme
